I’m creating a reference file of a character, but for some reason everything in the reference is getting scaled down by about x100.  This includes all geometry, joints, my rig, lights - everything except locators, which appear full size.

Any ideas why this is happening?

It sounds like the scenes are using different units, one uses meters, the other centimeters.

I thought the same but double-checked and the units are the same.

I went back and checked units of measurement again and sure enough the reference file actually was using different units.  I just missed it the first time.  Relief - Thanks!
