control fluids with particles??

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to control fluid movement with particles.

That’s a bit like asking if you can affect a field with a particle. Particles can interact with fields and fluids but they can’t exert a force. A fluid, on the other hand, can exert a force and act like a field.
