Hello all

I’m trying to start a fire in one place (room corner and make it spread to another location.

I tried adding Fire effect to a curve, but fire start at frame one from all curves vertexes with no control from my side.
I tried extrude Nurbs circle on a Nurbs path, and then give it some animation, then to add fire, but same result here.

Would love to get some new ideas,
Thanx
Erez

hi..

you did it almost right. what I suggest is draw the curve as you may like and create an extrusion with a circle - here enable “PARTIAL” option in the extrusion. now, animate the max option of the subcurve2 which will give you the animated extrusion. now duplicate one of the isoparm that you like and create emission from the curve. thats it.

it worked for me.

hope it helps..
