Instanced geometry won't react to the fields as particles do!

One more time the Bubbles;D

Simply the question is why;

With particles the animation works well and acts realistic, but somehow when i attach the geometry to particle emitter the fields (turbulence and uniform) wont influence with similarly to attach geometry.
I tried to increase influential attributes of fields, but with no remedial result..

Shouldnt fields affect similarly to geometry (when geometry is attached to the particle emitter)

No, that’s not how Maya does it. The instanced geometry, which in your case is a softbody, is not affected by a field that affects the particles that you are instancing. As a result, they are all identical, there is no way that you pass the force of a turbulence field to each instance and get different behavior, they all behave as the softbody that you instanced. There are workarounds of course, but they involve creating cycles of baked geometry. It’s quite tedious to set up.

Ok,
But there is still some effect happening. Geometry wont behave similarly than particles, but the behavior is nearly the same.  I tought that when i share the fields to the geometry trought dynamic relationships, it should work perfectly!

Good luck. I would recommend that you try to find different ways of achieving the result you are looking for. I can be done if you use baked geometry.
