Hi, I am using a layered texture to try and control and animate the emission rates of particles on a specific part of a model’s geometry. However, the particles are emitting from the entire surface equally. I have placed the texture on the model it self to make sure it is mapped properly and I do have “Enable Texture Rate” checked.
I have a small area that is white and the rest is black. “Emit From Dark” is unchecked and still, particles emit from the entire surface equally. Is there something I am forgetting or doing incorrectly.
