I’m having some issues with a project.
Issue #1: I’m trying to make a forklift tip forward with a heavy load and spill it, but when I assign a gravity field to the load, the load doesn’t move. I don’t know why it does this because the first time I tested it, the load moved albeit in the wrong direction.

Issue #2: When I select the load in the hypergraph, it’s purple and I’m told that’s because it’s an intermediate object. If that’s the case, I’d like to know how to fix that because it’s keeping me from advancing any further. I need the contents of the load to scatter when spilt.

Issue #3: When I rotate the forklift with the forks higher than normal, the forks rotate differently than the rest of the forklift. Grouping them and parenting them to the forklift don’t help.

Issue #4: I get a warning whenever I try to make the forklift itself a rigid body that it is unable to do so. I don’t know if it’s the number of polygons or what (I built the forklift not knowing about extruding faces at the time).

Thanks for any help.

It sounds like you have a lot of issues going on with your model. Its hard to say why you are getting those errors without seeing the scene file or screen shots of geometry. I can tell you that your Intermediate object is either set on a layer or set in the nodes Attribute Editor. You can turn it off under its shape node-Object Display-Intermediate Object

I included a couple of screenshots. I hope they can help. I looked for that option to turn off intermediate objects, but I couldn’t find it. In the hypergraph, the load is selected in two different groups. I wonder if that has anything to do with my problem; the bottom picture shows the load attached to the “Master” node. If you need me to provide more info, I’ll do what I can.
