Hitting Space bar while in 4 panel mode in an orthogonal view works but barely.  There’s a perceptible lag.  It doesn’t work in the perspective view.  It works maybe 1 in 100 tries!  I have a fluid container and a bunch of referenced meshes.

In simple scenes, it seems to work.  But in the file I need to work on, it SUCKS!!!

And why can’t Maya 2012 and Maya 2010 coexist?!

Forgot to mention that I have the scene shaded with lighting on.  It seems that a certain combination of things causes this to happen.  If nothing is shown in the panel, it works ( with the lag still present ).  But once I have fluids in there, it starts to have problems.

Does no one QC things any more?!!!
