Hi, I am new to maya/3d max and no i need a higher end computer to learn and actually create with the software.
i am primarily interested in character desgin but want the ability to animate basically create a working portfolio.
Any suggestions on an affordable computer system for me.
I would love to just get a new mac mini, but am doubful that it is robust enough.
I would also love an imac, but I know a new version is coming out soon and don’t want to purchase the current versions, but am getting tired of waiting.
I would also be open to getting a pc, but the chioces a so huge, not sure what to get. When I find pc’s with the recommended graphic cards they actually cost as much as the macs.
