Hello,

Last time I was using mental ray and I don’t know why maya crashed several times during rendering.  Something was wrong, but I didn’t know what was wrong so I just closed maya.
A few days later I opened maya and tried to do the rendering again, then I couldn’t find mental ray.  It’s just gone from the menu.  I only see “maya sofeware” “maya harware” and “maya vector” in the rendering menu.
I also noticed that when I start maya, it used to open maya, and one more small window that shows some info of maya version.
Now it doesn’t open…

What is wrong with it?
Can anyone help me to solve this problem, and bring mental ray back to maya?

Simply go to your plug-in manager and tick the box beside ‘mayatomr’
During a crash, this box may sometimes uncheck itself.
