Hello,
I have been given a high-poly .obj model to texture and render. The problem I’m having seems to have to do with normals of each face on the model, but I don’t know enough about normal adjustment to fix it. I have attached two images to show the problem, I’m getting a lot of noise in certain areas where the light hits the model in certain ways. I’ve tried selecting Normals>Soften Edge, but this doesn’t fix it. I don’t want to apply smoothing to the mesh because it is already has so many faces.
