Can anyone suggest any site from where I can find animated maps??

there is no such thing called animated texture dude.. i think you mean sequance of images( for example: animated water, or animated smoke)… you can use AVI instead.. but what exactly do you want to animate?? i may give you some ideas if you like.. :)

Hey Zouheirito & n8skow, can i map the .avi file on the color or the bump option of a any material???

For example....I made a plane and have applied softbody over it with a turbulence whose phazeZ has been animated. So can I, map an .avi file of flowing(animated) mud over the bump option so that I could get a flowing mud like surface???

Just put the movie file in the bump map slot.
