Trying to decrease the value and depth of a bump map that is 2D. Currently on the plane but the bump Value and Depth is highlighted in yellow and slider will not allow for adjustment. I cannot type in values either.

You can adjust the alpha gain on the texture to control bump depth.

If it’s highlighted in yellow - that means the attribute is being driven by something…
Most likely you have your image file driving the value and depth - it should just be driving the value (so you can tweak the depth manually). Just break the connection to the ‘depth’.

Hiya.

If you using an image for the bump then try breaking the connection to the bump depth, as the image is using the bump Value for an image, then simply adjust you bump depth with the slider:)

see if that works....or what THNR said, if you using those other channels.
Sounds like you have also added yur image to the Depth , you can do this but youll get the result that you input…
Rather just break its connection and adjust it manually:)
