The ‘fog’ your referring to I believe is actually a gamma issue (appears your using Physical Sun/Sky).

My dear

Take a blinn shader
set the color to completely black
set the eccentricity to very less value
specular color to white
specular roll of to 1 value
reflectivity to 1
and thats it
