Hello people.
I want to texture some concrete tiles. I’ve already modelled the tiles. I want to achieve this effect (attachment below) for the materials, how do I do that?

Also, the tiles are not arrange in an orderly manner, and some have got distortions in transformations.

What ‘effect’ are you referring to exactly?

The grungy material of the tiles. Thanks for the time!

I’d do it as a layered shader, one material being the shiny clean state, the other material being the rough state, and a mask that drives the transparency ‘blend’.
