Can anyone tell me if something special needs to be done in order to use a normal map inside the miss_fast_shader?  I have loaded my normal_map.exr file into the bump slot of the shader and changed the type to Tangent Space Normals.  However when I render using mental ray, the map does not get generated.

Any help is appreciated.
