I made a shader with two blended colors. One of them (Color2) is not affected by my lighting at all. Even when I set the intensity of my ligths to zero, the Color1 of my blendedColors remains 100% visible.
What could be the reason?

are you driving the blender with the black and white texture up at the top?  Interesting.  Do you have the ambient color or the incandescence of the shader for color2 turned up at all?  This will make that color self-illuminating, which would explain why they are illuminated without your lights being active.

Ditto what halfstone asked above…
Or have you played with the light-linking in your scene?
