Hello,

My poly model’s textures seem to “explode” when I manipulate one of the camera tools. The hair poly mesh also disappears. See the before and after pictures. The model is fine if I render it or view it in wireframe or default mateial. This is the second time it’s happened. The first time I re-created the entire UV map thinking the old one was corrupted. I don’t know how to solve this.

I really need to solve this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hey,

Two rules for the beginner artist to live by ..

Rule 0: Never delete History on a skinned object (rigged for animation), any object with blend shapes, or on an instanced/referenced object.

Rule 1: When anything else gets wonky (technical term) delete your History. Edit -> Delete All by Type -> History.

... and I give this advice with the fact your a beginner in mind (I can see your using the Personal Learning Edition). There are other ways to resolve the problem, but I don’t want to overwhelm you with a surgical and complex approach. If the History reset does not work, post back, and we will look other processes.
