From a character project I’m working on I’ve applied textures on the body of my character, but after I closed the programme and opened the file in another computer, I noticed that my character’s skin which I already applied textures is now shiny white.
Note that I had the texture deleted mistakely after I applied this textures.
What do you think I should either to reattach my character skin texture or how can I avoid this problem from happening again.
Create a material in the hypershade - lambert for example, and open it’s settings in the attribute editor. Click the little checkerboard icon to the right of the ‘color’ slot, and it will prompt you with a bunch of different things you can plug into it - in this case, select ‘file’, and then select the little folder icon to the right of the ‘file’ slot to navigate to where the texture image is located in your project folder.
