also the print screen button is not working for taking a screen shot is there another way to do this?

Are the materials switching constantly? Sporadically?

If you’re on a PC, the print screen button just copies the screen into a buffer - you need to open photoshop, open a new file, and paste the image in.
If that’s what you’re doing and it still doesn’t work - does your computer require a key-combo for print screen, like Fn or Ctrl?
