Hi! Task: spread different geometry objects on “ground” plane at one time using 3D Paint Tool(Paint Scripts Tool) and color map("mask") assigned to “ground”. geometryPaint.mel script works well but it is useful to spread one kind of mesh only.
What kind of object must be paint depends on color sample “under brush”.(For example, green area on map is for spread grass geometry, yellow - for sand, etc. How can I pickup such color sample on object with MEL?

p.s.: sorry for my English.
