I am a newer user to Maya and I use the bevel plus tool to extrude alot of graphics from illustrator. So thank you for being patient with a newer user.
Here is my issue/workflow-
I am importing a 2 rounded rectangles from illustrator to maya. I get the paths imported and select them both to create essentially a rounded rectangle frame. The bevel is good but the faces of the geo are flat and I would like it rounded/curved slightly so I can have somewhat of a rounded face. I don’t want it to be perfectly round like a pipe though. Am I missing a simple setting or option?
Thank you so much!

I am not really getting the desired effect with this method. I can see it altering the face that I want to round out a little, but it still just looks really flat. Is there a way to get the face to bulge out instead of just smoothing it?
