I am modeling a gun and after I got the main part of the gun done but have come upon a large problem.  There are many small details on the gun and I concluded to use Booleans to get the detail I wanted.  My problem comes when I go to do the operation.  I bring in my shape that I would like to preform a Difference on.  When I do this both the gun and the shape disappear.  I’ve gone to a different scene and performed the operation and it worked fine.  I can’t figure out why this is happening… Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I could get pictures up if you need them.  Thanks.

I’ve run into that from time to time. Usually because one of the objects isn’t “closed"--one face has been deleted somewhere. That’s the only reason I’ve ever figured out anyway. There may be other causes.
