Hey!

I hope that this is the right place in the forum to discuss this, anywho..

I’m new to maya and I am having serious problems with the bridging part in the tutorial with the helmet. I get the error: / Error: line 0: Invalid selection : polyBridgeEdge requires equal number of border edges to be selected for source and target selection.

And i checked the vertexe’s and the face’s and I’ve used the Poly Count to be sure that I really selected a even number of edges and i’ve also tried the Polygon Cleanup tool to Look for “Faces with zero geometry area” and “non manifold geometry”. And it still won’t bridge. If there’s anyone out there that can help me please! I’m pretty desperate here. Need it for school =P

I’m using the 2011 version.

Difficult to diagnose without seeing a screenshot or two of what your trying to bridge, but if your dealing with multiple objects - you’ll need to merge them into one object first.
