Subdivision Problem?

Hello all!
I have a problem:

I am modeling a Head and now when i want to extrude the faces this happens:

Then i noticed that there were lots of subdivisions on top of each other

My question can someone download the model fix it and then send it back beacuse i dont know what the heck is happening and how to fix that problem

check your tool settings, your extruding on object normals.

Well it looks like to me from the images of your project, in your channel box that you have a polyExtrudeFace1 in your history. You may have started the extrude and not intended to do so or just forgot to undo it, either way it would leave extruded faces on top of existing faces. That is probably the problem for your image number 3 and 4 I believe.

As for the extruding faces separating from each other, make sure you have keep faces together checked off in the extrude options.
