I install bonus tools into default dir: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\MayaBonusTools2011.
Copy file userSetup.mel from bonustools/scripts menu into 2011-x64/scripts directory.
And Bonus Tools not displaying it’s drop down menus.
When i tried typing bonusToolsMenu; in the command line.
This is what I get: // Error: Cannot find procedure “bonusToolsMenu”.
I have Windows 7 64bit.
Any ideas?

Most likely, BonusTools did not install correctly.
Try disabling UAC and reinstall BonusTools.

With Hotfix 3 installed, I could no longer get the bonus tools to show up, absent typing a line into the Mel command box.
However, when I moved userSetup.mel from Documents/maya/2011-x64/scripts (where the installer puts it) to Documents/maya/2011-x64/prefs I get the bonus tools menu (although nothing else in the script seems to show up).

Just copy all the scripts from “C:\Program Files\Autodesk\MayaBonusTools2011\scripts” to “C:\Users\username\Documents\maya\2011-x64\prefs\scripts”
and restart maya
hope it helps

Hey ahmed-max, that worked great. Thanks for the tip.
I just made a shelf button for the mel that started the bonus tools. I’m in a pinch and that worked great.
