I am completely new to Maya. I have been working with a small model for a mechanical object to try to figure out constraints and how they work. Everything works mostly as it should except for one cylinder.

The cylinder is named CYL_01. I would like it to point to the rotation point on the sphere named CYL_01_Rotate but cant figure out how to make them stick and rotate together. Right now I have an aim constraint so they at least point to each other, but ultimately that’s not what I would like.

Everything else has the rotation points with a point constraint.
