How to update world positions of all vertexes of a mesh?

Hi all,
I am developing a soft body dynamic solver for maya, I use a physics engine to solver the world position of each vertex.
At frame 0, I send triangles of each mesh to physics engine to initilize the soft bodies.
Then, for each frame, I can get the world positions of all vertexes of a mesh.
But my question is how to update these new positions to those meshes in maya?
