Hi Autodesk,

The subscription package is good for upgrades but instead of the Advantage Pack
editions why not offer a limited number of free support cases?

That would be much more useful.

The Advantage packs are of little use as although you get new features earlier
you can’t always make use of your existing plugins as most will not install and
you’re left with actually little advantage in the so called advantage pack.

A free case support can be a life saver.

Look at me now, stuck with a Maya that stopped working, will not re install,
even trial version new Maya will not install and hoping for someone to take
notice of my forum thread while all my work is on hold even though apparently
I’ve been on an"Advantage" subscription all last year !!!!!

Event the yearly free upgrade is not always of great use. I can’t think of a single
feature in Maya 2012 that would compel me to upgrade.

Hypergraph is still intolerable after a few nodes, Mac version is still slower than
Windows (how come other 3D packages have figured out how to make multi-platform
editions of comparable quality) and sculpting/fluid simulation are better off being
done in a dedicated application????
