with win7 + mobu2010 64bits, i can’t create layouts/keyboards profiles
do someone know how to do that ?

On Windows 7 and Windows Vista, the application configuration files for Keyboard and Layouts are stored in the following directories:-

C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\MB2010\config\Layouts
C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\MB2010\config\Keyboard

If you are unable to access these directories or update the Layout/Keyboard config files in them-there may be an issue in setup of your Windows user account. If you do not have Administrator account setup you may not be able to access the directory to save layouts/Keyboard config. Also- if you have installed the software through another user account they may not be visible.

To resolve the problem, you should check whether the Windows user account you are running is setup as Administrator account. To do this, go to:-

Start-Control Panel-User Accounts

You should also check that the config directory is installed for the user account you are running- if it isn’t, you may wish to re-install MotionBuilder for the user.
