What works better?  I have a character in Maya and put on the basic HIK rig and then brought him into MB and can use UPDATE back and forth.  But if dont rig in Maya and I export fbx from Maya, I can characterize in MB (does that rig work better? (MB rig vs HIK)) and then have to plot to skeleton in order to get back to Maya.  What is the best workflow for you all?
