I was trying to apply a normal map to my mesh, but when I drag a texture element onto the mesh, I do not get an option for normal or bump, only diffuse. I have added the dynamic lighting shader and a light for this shader, but I still can only apply diffuse textures. Am I missing a step? Or is this a graphics card issue or something? I am running Mobu 2012 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine with a GeForce GT530 2GB graphics card.

Thanks!

Cory

Ok, I found it. Had to turn on “Advanced Mode” in the Material Settings for the shader. Nothing to see here, move along :)

Really? I enabled advanced mode on the material, dynamic lighting and still only get diffuse under texture.

You have to delete the texture and start over after activating advanced options.
