Separated mesh from bones

how do i “realign” the mesh to its bones? its working fine on animation but it doesn’t show correct axis on Unity 3D (game engine) and so it sucks. Please help, thanks

Sorry, I have not used Unity.  But I would imagine there is a key frame on the mesh that is offsetting the mesh.  Can you select the mesh and see if there are key frames on it?  If so, go to the bind pose, then select all the keys on the mesh and delete them.
