Hi everyone,

I have a character that was exported from another program.  As you can see on the attached image, the fingers’ rotational alignment was changed from the original through the software’s exporting function.  Is there a way I can fix this in MB (I have v. 7.5 ext 2)?

Thank you

you can fix the fingers..

properties, set filter to all , find the transform-pre and post rotation and you will be able to fix it by tweaking those values.
The skin might break visualy though.. hard to say also you might not need to fix it as you can fix the FK rig on the control set if you need to.

Thank you Brad.  I appreciate your input for 2 reasons:

1) You gave me an answer to my question.
2) I had no idea there was a Master Class eDVD until I saw your footer on your Reply!  I purchased it last night and am going through it now.  Thank you, thank you!  (I’m sorry to hear that others are stealing it, that is not right.)

Glad to help and I hope you enjoy the class, I talk about useing the pre/post rotation in the class as well to fix up the foot rig.

thanks again,
Brad
