Moving An Objects Pivot Point?

Still working on the Character I have thats driving a car and turning the steering wheel. The pivot point of the steering wheel is off and I need to move it...is that possible in Motionbuiler?

but the pivot won’t change on the model back in the main 3d app so you might want to just make a new pivot (null) and make it the animation ctrl (parent constraint) of the wheel and animate that, and you can hook it back up in your main app.

This helped a TON, thank you so very much....especially for the view. I used the second suggestion with the null, but well very explained moving the pivot excellently.
