Exporting Biped to 3dsmax from motionbuilder

After exporting my motionbuilder animation as a .bvh attempting to open it in the biped options comes up with this screen

Trying to import as a FBX Seems to work a little better, but the problem is the root of the biped does not move, although keyframed, meaning the body moves around it as shown in the video.

Have since found an article explaining That a common mistake is putting “Pelvis” under the “Hips” slot in the motionbuilder characterisation, i have since re-characterised the animation file and still have the same problem.
