Hi…

We work with multiple characters which are built from a number of .fbx files that are merged into a scene dependent upon what parts are required… I have written a script so that we can specify a character type and it loads the base character and merges on any relevant parts without having to go and look for them…

However… These files are held in PerForce and I want to force the ‘Get Latest’ command to run in the background in order to ensure the character that is loaded will definitely be the latest version…

This is a Motionbuilder internal python script - not an external API type…

Is there accessibility to the commands in the Version Control Drop Down Menu… and if so where can I find the details of these...?

Any help would be appreciated… Thanks

Running MB 2012…

P
