Hi everybody,
I am currently working with the mudbox demo trying to follow the tutorial by Eat3D to create an old pillar. I am having problems when it comes to sculpting into the hard edges of the pillar, in the tutorial the instructor seems to be able to smoothly cut into those corners. However when I attempt the same thing I seem unable to remove the hard crease of the edge and instead of getting a nice sculpt into the pillar instead I end up just pushing and pulling that hard edge around. How can I achieve this ? The image below shows the instructors model in Mudbox and the image to the right shows the problem I am trying to overcome.

Huge thanks for any help with this.

Ahhh fantastic, many thanks oglu that works perfectly. Am very new to mesh sculpting so I didn’t realize in the tutorial he had stepped down a few levels whilst doing this.  Thanks again!
