This is probably a just a display error cause Im using a GeForce series card but though I would ask anyways,

basically if I select faces I want to isolate and sculpt ( select faces/hide unselected ) a series of problems occur

- I cant clear the yellow selection and sculpt seeing my material
-I cant sculpt at all, nothing I do shows up till I go down a sub level then I can see all the strokes I made
-I can sculpt, but if I go up to the next level to continue sculpting I no longer can sculpt the mesh (which is actually is but I cant see the results till I go back down a level, and when I go DOWN a level my entire mesh is visible again as if I did show all??)

I have a Quadro FX 4600 on order so hopefully this will clear this all up!! :)

here is my current system info if it helps

These problems have been documented on the forums many times already. It’s not your system, it’s a general bug.
