I can't see what I'm sculpting when I clicked right mouse button.

Sorry if this question is stupid but when I’m trying to get a hang of the 2012 mudbox, I right clicked 2 times then this just happened and I don’t know how to revert it.

You must have selected flat lighting from the right click marking menu. Right click and hold, move the mouse over the option (might be called something similar, it’ll be checked) and release. You might find that you have to hold the stylus off the model or over it, I can’t remember off hand. There’s a different menu for each.
