hi there,

I have a lowres mesh and a sculpted highres mesh (both exported from zbrush as .obj). Now I would like to get both meshes into mudbox.

I open the lowres mesh in mudbox, subdivide it four times and then try to import the highres mesh as layer with the following options:
match by UV position
Tolerance: 0.0001
Delta to Base Layer ticked

it works but produces a lot of artifacts (see image)

I’ve tried everything I could find in related posts, like changing import settings, looking at UVs etc. but this is the best I could get out…

anyone haveing similar problems or even a solution?  :)

thanks,
Ju
