This problem is so frustrating and i need big explanation over that
1. i sculpt a shield in mud box. brought in Maya first render in Maya software which gave me horrible out put then in mental ray which is very nice and realistic.
please tell me why in Maya the out put of normal map is not coming in a way similar to that of Mental ray .

even i did not click with cc-mesh.

Personally i would like to brought this thing into the notice of Ashraf aid and Wayne robson.
Maya’s software renderer doesn’t really work with normal maps. There are ways around it with shader networks but why bother when you can just use Mental Ray intead?
