Hello I am new here so sorry if I post this in the wrong section. Every time i start up Mudbox 2012 and select a mesh that I want to start out from, I get a grey screen (this fills the whole monitor, not just the Mudbox application.) And my computer says “AMD screen driver stopped functioning but is now restored.” Any help?

I checked the system requirements and I had what it said you needed. Except that I have Windows 7 home edition, can that be the reason why it does what it does? (this is a 64-bit windows 7) If so, will it be changed later on?

I don’t have any help for you. But I have the same problems. I have the student version of Mudbox 2012. I’m running it on a Dell Studio XPS 17, same deal. If I try to load a ready mesh it goes to a black screen and my computer becomes completely unresponsive… have to restart.

I don’t think it is, I downloaded the latest driver software and it still does it.

not everytime is the latest driver the best solution. it`s good to check certified driver for your software on your card maker website. nvidia has it, so try to look amd site or so.
