here is the problem I am doing several different projects where I need to have some sharp well defined edges. In two places I have seen YouTube videos where this has been accomplished using a selection under the Mesh menu and they have selected “creases and hard edges” to ad divisions to their work without rounding key areas of their work. I have looked and looked and have been unable to locate this tool in my version of Mudbox. Is this something that was developer only or Windows only? Please advise this would be a great tool especially when creating things that are more mechanically looking and less biologically looking.

I am using Mudbox 2012 for the Mac if someone with more experience good advise me on this I would be grateful.  I have enclosed a link to the youtube video as well.

Thanks again.

I think this was a feature added to the Subscription Advantage pack. So it’s only in the version available to subscribers (until the next main release, those features generally get rolled into the main version in the next release).
