Hi

Im new to mudbox and have encountered a problem. When i try to zoom in close to the mesh im working on to begin sculpting it dissapears. So i can only see it from a more zoomed out position, but i need to get in closer to sculpt the details. It´s some sort of camera view distance setting i think but i cant find it. Ive looked in the settings and tried changing some but it didnt help, havent found anything in the mudbox help either :(
Ive previosly worked on a model where i didnt experience this problem. That mesh was much bigger so it might be a scale problem but in Maya, where i imported the mesh from the scale is correct, im working on a helmet piece for a character that about 1.7 meters. So the helmet shouldnt be to big or to small.

how big is the helmet compared to the mudbox man..?
you could try to adjust the clipping plane in the camera…

Ty
I had only been looking in window/preferences , i found the plane settings you mentioned when selecting the perspective camera and set near plane to 0.1 and now it works.
The size of the helmet piece im working on is about 130% of the width of the characters head so its pretty big.
