Hi,
I am unable to set up my wacom intuos4 for the use of the stencil.
Can anyone help?

I use cintiq which is a bit similar in some aspects.
We need more info, check out from Wacom if they have a driver in regards to Mudbox. If I am able to use my cintiq with Mudbox then there are no reasons you can not use your intuos.
What is your issue with stencil? pressure sensitivity? Sometimes it can give awkward results with cintiq too until I check parameters for I think tool Build UP and also the Fall Off. Hope this helps,
