i think its kinda fun and you are certainly improving. there are many anatomical issues as pointed out, like down in the toes, etc, but the image is strong and a lot more interesting than classical sculpture replicas or wannabe- i saw a David not to long ago with a really fat face.
anyway, i’m not gonna beat the anatomy dead horse because the best teacher is close observation and not snarky comments. so just keep observing. what i do suggest for this particular image is a better composition. more space above her head would help a lot. i would even move her further back closer to the stretch bed for a tighter shot and turn the camera up a bit so that there isn’t so much ground plane showing. maybe angle the bed more so that it makes a diagonal gesture that is more perpendicular to the angle of her arms.
i think more exaggeration would be helpful too. bigger boobs for example or some blood, specially on the chainsaw. also if you aren’t gonna color the background at least tone it, maybe brown it up a bit.
