Great stuff dude, you’ve really gone to a lot of effort here. I reckon the website idea is a good one, would be a shame to lose all this great material…

Mookiemu,

Fantastic effort on your part ! Superb presentation, concise, clear - some of the best reference material of it’s kind I’ve ever seen (not just the pics, but everything you’ve presented).

mookiemu your a machine...this is great info for everyone and I think you should get a site up and running with this stuff.

Keep it coming.

Thanks a lot guys. I have to tell that I’m a little disheartened about what this new aquisition is going to do with our forum that we, (at least I ), love so much.  I think Autodesk is a fine company and mudbox will be fine. With Dave, Tibor, and Andrew still on the payroll, I’m confident that there will be a lot of good to come of this.

When I started this thread, I didn’t have a profit motive in mind, it was more of a way of giving back to this community that has inspired me so much and to the skymatter guys who I respect and admire. I thought that maybe at some point I would write an anatomy book somewhere down the line because I have yet to find one that I like. But that was just a thought. (I’m giving it a lot more consideration now.)

At first I thought I would move this anatomy thread over to cgtalk (and I may still do that), but I’m afraid it would get lost within the hundred million post they get a day. Now that I’ve had a chance to think about it, I think I will take your suggestions and probably start an anatomy forum or blog of some sort since I still have a free domain name through my webhost that I haven’t used. It will probably take me a week or two to get it going, and I’m pretty flooded with work at the moment, so it might be a little difficult for me to give crits this week or even to finish my sculpt for the week. But I’ll do the best I can. Let’s see what happens.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a domain name for the new forum or blog please let me know.

Meanwhile, l can’t wait to see what you guys do on this one.  Good luck! :)

If you turned this into a book, I’d buy it in a heartbeat. But a website is just as good. ;)
The ear thread was a revelation to yours truly, and this one is even better. I’ve learned a big deal the passed two weeks.

About the forum, something tells me this is going to end up as another section in the autodesk area. :(

Anyway, I might start participating in this thread too. Looks like fun, and a challenge.
