Hehe pretty cool looking.  The head and teeth have a interesting feel to them… There are some anatomy problems, you should look for reference of animals like a wart hog, deer or even a dog.  Right now alot of the forms seem to “bloopy” at the moment.  The feet look really incomplete, but you know its a work in progress I understand…

By the way, I don’t think you would call it a “bust” I always thought of a bust as just the upper body, like from the pecs up you know “bust” like a womans bust/breast area.  ?? anyone am I right here or am I talking out of my ass?

Good start keep it up!

Great start
Pull the two verts under the eyes down so they will subdivide properly.
They are in quads but you have them positioned strangely for a low poly mesh like this. You will get better definition at higher poly counts with even edge loops in those areas(the eyes).
Keep going;)

Oh wow, your work is amazing.

But my favorite is definitely the bat-man! It just looks like at any moment it’s going to turn and blink its eyes and...I don’t know, do something, come to life. It looks so realistic and alive, like a photograph of something living and not a sculpture. You did a fantastic job, and while I love the painted version, I almost don’t know whether I like the painted one or the unpainted one better! These are gorgeous. I would love to see more from you. Thank you for sharing!
