this is something I’ve been working on for the past month or so.  I’ve just sent it off to be 3d printed by Morpheus Prototypes to be shown at E3.  I decided to have a go at texturing him.  this is pretty early on, the sculpt still could use some work and the textures are fairly basic right now.  I painted the color map in mudbox, which is still a work in progress.  no spec map here yet and the bump map has hardly been worked on. so i still have a lot to do, but here is what i’ve got so far

wow....amazing surface detail
love all those scales
how many polys u did in mudbox..loooks really high quality for every little detail
and some close up will be nice

there are some nice sculpts being posted lately.  This one is very impressive with the scale details.  I think those kind of details are always very technically challenging.  Cool cant wait to see further texturing and shader work..
