Hello Sculptors,
As a practice I chose to sculpt a woman’s face for my first attempt.
I need to mention that I’m not concern about face rigging after this. So followed to these steps:

1.In 3ds Max created a cube and created edge loops vertically and horizontally for main parts (center of eyes, tip of nose, upper lips and lower lips)

2.Brought the mesh inside the mudbox and started sculpting right away. Here is the result:

Issue

In the picture “Issue” you can see that the circled area shows the density of polygons.
How would I go for relaxing this area?
